ADJUSTABLE FEE CHART
It is the desire of “Called and Chosen Christian Counseling Center” to help serve you any way we can through a professionally trained counselor.
We offer an affordable adjustable fee guide that will assist you in determining a reasonable payment for each counseling session. If you use the fee guide, you are not required to bring proof of income. But, if you are on a fixed income or receiving governmental assistance, and/or you have extenuating circumstances that would prevent you from receiving help at our normal guide rate. We offer an additional sliding scale. Our goal is to make sure no one is turned away from receiving counseling due to economic circumstances. However, you must show proof of need by bringing in tax forms, excessive medical bills, child support payments, letter of governmental assistance, or anything that would apply to your situation in order to determine what your fee would be.
FEE AGREEMENT
Clients are scheduled in 60-minute increments throughout the day and the fee is set for a 50-minute session. For detailed information on starting your counseling sessions please contact our office and a certified counseling advisor will be glad to assist you.
Again, we will not turn anyone away who is unable to pay. During the first session, discuss with your counselor a payment schedule for what you are able to pay. Except in cases of extreme hardships, a partial payment is expected to honor the commitment that your counselor is making to you with his/her time. For those who may need affordable counseling, we offer fees charged on a sliding scale based on income as well as payment plans.
